What does the Family's Grace relic do?
With Family's Grace equipped, an attack that would damage Rose is blocked and all nearby enemies are frozen.
It only kicks in when you would take a hit, so think of it as a safety net that also buys you an opening.
Does Family's Grace freeze enemies for 60 seconds?
The 60 seconds is Family's Grace's cooldown, not its freeze duration.
